I’ve spent decades building, leading, and creating across multiple disciplines: founding and scaling successful businesses, working at high levels of responsibility, and cultivating a deep understanding of how stress, energy, and environment affect the human body. Along the way, I learned something essential—true vitality comes from alignment, not force.
To bring my lived experience into a professional and ethical framework, I became certified as a Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and earned my RYT-200 certification through Chopra Yoga. These programs deepened my understanding of holistic health, mindfulness, energy systems, and the importance of honoring each person’s unique physiology and life rhythm. There is no one-size-fits-all path to wellness—and that belief shapes everything I do.
Today, through one-on-one coaching, I combine evidence-based practices with intuitive guidance to help clients reduce stress, reconnect with their bodies, and create sustainable balance. My approach integrates mindfulness, gentle movement, breathwork, nutrition awareness, grounding practices, and space harmonizing—always tailored to the individual.
I’ve navigated complex professional environments, high responsibility, reinvention, and major life transitions. Those experiences refined my ability to stay calm under pressure, listen deeply, and guide others through change with steadiness and compassion. I understand what it takes to rebuild alignment from the inside out—without burnout, overwhelm, or self-judgment.
At the core of my work is a belief that vitality should feel easeful, joyful, and alive. I bring a grounded presence, a playful spirit, and a deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence. Healing doesn’t require suffering—it requires awareness, support, and the right tools.
